Welcome to the Pay Equity Annual Statement Portal
The Annual statement portal offers employers an online solution to create, manage and submit their annual statements to the Pay Equity Commissioner so that they meet their Pay Equity Act obligations.
To file an annual statement, an employer must have posted its final pay equity plan.
Only authorized individuals are permitted to access an employer's annual statement. The Senior Pay Equity Representative is responsible for creating an employer profile and submitting an annual statement on behalf of the employer/group of employers.
